Морфологические особенности слизистой оболочки желудка у детей с ювенильным артритом

The purpose of work is to study the morphological features of the gastric mucosa in children with juvenile arthritis and chronic gastritis. The article presents findings on the morphological examination of the gastric mucosa of 35 children with juvenile arthritis and chronic gastritis compared with 30 patients of similar age having only chronic gastritis. It is shown that the morphology of the gastric mucosa in children with juvenile arthritis is characterized by the detection of active gastritis with damage to both parts of the stomach, and a high rate of primary atrophic changes. Identified bacterial-viral (H.pylori and Epstein-Barr virus) nature of chronic gastritis in children with juvenile arthritis.
