Study on the prescription optimization and dissolution of Baicalin Dispersible Tablets

Objective To optimize the prescription and preparation technology of Baicalin Dispersible Tablets and investigate the dissolution.Methods The prescription was optimized by orthogonal design,the index was disintegration time,and the dissolution was determined in vitro.Results The proportion of each adjuvant in the optimal prescription consisted of starch as the filling agent,PVPP as disintegrating agent,5% PVP ethanol solution for adhesive,magnesium stearate as lubricant.It could be completely disintegrated within 3 minutes and the cumulative dissolution percentage in vitro exceeded 90% within 30 minutes.Conclusion The prepared dispersible tablet disintegrates quickly.The preparation method is simple and feasible.
