H-1 Antigenicity of Rat Tumours after In Vivo Passage and In Vitro Cultivation

2014
Tumour host compatibility of H-1 alleles was found to be most important for tumour growth, indicating the predominant role of the H-1 system in the rat strains tested. The explanted tumour cells preserved their H-1 antigenicity during long term cultivation in vitro as proved by immunization and absorption techniques.
