AbstractThe application of the ‘bank-hospital all-in-one card’ execution place payment system is introduced in the process of outpatient diagnosis, and the countermeasures for the difficulties in registration, treatment and payment are explored and relieved. In the payment system, the medical card is replaced by a bank card. By fully adopting the technology platform of the nationalized bank's financial system and the high-quality health resources in our hospital, an information system integrating applicability, feasibility and advanced functions is built, a new process for outpatient registration, treatment and payment is rebuilt.
