Влияние арабиногалактана и пектина из каллуса смолевки обыкновенной Silene vulgaris на калиевые каналы нейрональной мембраны

2008
We have investigated the membranetropic effects of arabinogalactan and pectin from the callus of campion Oberna behen (L.)I in isolated neurons of the snail Lymnaea stagnalis using voltage-clamp technique. The studied polysaccharides (applied from outside in 0.1-10.0 µg/ml range concentration) was shown to activate outward potassium ionic currents (they increase currents amplitude by 4-8 % in a weakly concentration-dependent manner and reversibly) and reduce nonspecific membrane leakage currents. The kinetics of currents under the influence of polysaccharides was not changed.
