九原区292名小学生血清Ca、Fe、Zn含量调查分析

Objective To understand three kinds of inorganic element (Ca, Fe, Zn) content in serum of pupils in Jiuyuan District, so as to guide reasonable diet, rectificating the bad living and behavior habits and provide reference for the growth of child. Methods 292 pupils were selected randomly in elementary school of Jiuyuan District. Ca, Fe and Zn in serum were measured by MP-2. Then the data were analyzed by statistical methods. The result was analyzed by using SPSS 11.5 software. Results The three kinds of elements in pupils were in serious imbalance in pupils, the lack rate of Zn was 41.78% and Ca was 36.30%, which were higher than that of Fe, Ca and Fe overweight accounted for 1.37% and 2.74%, respectively. Three kinds of element content and abnormal rate in serum of pupils was not significantly different between different genders (P＞0.05), and there was significant difference between different age groups (P＜0.05). Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the health knowledge propaganda for pupils and their parents, pupils should be scientifically and rationally supplemented with nutrient elements.
