Hemorragia intracística e extracística como complicação de pseudocisto de pâncreas: aspectos radiológicos e diagnóstico diferencial - relato de dois casos

ABSTRACT We report two case of spontaneous hemorrhage in patients with pseudocysts of the pâncreas, one intracystic and other extracystic. Clinical signs, hemoglobin level, hematocrit, ultrasonography and computed tomography were important for diferential diagnosis and immediate successfull surgical treatment these two cases.
