Forming process of metal connector of solid oxide fuel battery

2015
The invention relates to the technical field of fuel batteries and in particular relates to a forming process of a metal connector of a solid oxide fuel battery. The metal connector is composed of an anode fuel gas distribution plate, a supporting plate and a cathode air distribution plate. The forming process comprises the steps of assembly manufacturing, supporting plate sealing, supporting plate molding and assembly splicing. The metal connector is designed into a combined structure of three independent parts all having high flexibility, namely the anode fuel gas distribution plate, the supporting plate and the cathode air distribution plate, and therefore, the metal connector is simple and easy to form and suitable for batch preparation; the quality and the consistency of products can be guaranteed to the utmost extent, the great reduction of the manufacturing cost can be realized, the commercial progress of the SOFC technique is pushed, the production cost and the production difficulty are reduced and the processing precision is improved; besides, the sealing and interface contact of a galvanic pile can be realized favorably, the homogenization of the flow field of the galvanic pile and the balance of the stress field of the galvanic pile can be realized, and the high performance and the long service life of the galvanic pile can be guaranteed.
