INTRODUCE EVIDENCE-BASED NURSING CONCEPTION AND IMPROVE THE WORK QUALITY OF CENTRAL STERILE SUPPLY DEPARTMENT

[Objective]To explore the effect of application of evidence-based nursing conception on improving the work quality of central sterile supply department.[Methods]By introducing evidence-based nursing conception,evidence-based management was applied,the effects of evidence-based management and traditional management were evaluated.[Results]The satisfaction levels of the clinical serving and the employee in evidence-based management were significantly higher than those in traditional management,The number of nipping tool’s injuries and the rate of quality default were significantly lower than those in traditional management.[Conclusion]Evidence-based management significantly promotes the work quality of central sterile supply department.
