Yacht storeroom and its access equipment distance-regulating device

A yacht boathouse and a distance adjusting device of access facilities of the yacht boathouse, which comprises a house stand, a ground tunnel and the access facilities, the house stands are arranged on the two sides of the ground tunnel, one side of the house stand on the ground tunnel comprises at least two yacht placing layers in paralleled arrangement up and down, the placing layer is provided with twin stand bars, the stand bars with different spaces between can be arranged on different placing layers. The distance adjusting device arranged on the access facilities leads an auxiliary frame fixedly connected with a chain to move on a guide way through a driving device driving a chain wheel to turn, to drive a movable stand fixedly connected with the auxiliary frame to move on the guide way, so that the distance between two carriages of the cargo carrying platform can be adjusted, and the access facilities can access the yachts of different sizes from the boathouse.
