Energy Efficiency of Arduino Sensors Platform Based on Mobile-Cloud: A Bicycle Lights Use-Case

IoT technology is a platform where devices become more intelligent and make decisions in a very short time, bringing optimal solutions to problems in everyday life. These solutions are based on the previous behavior of certain systems or people. In this material, we intend to make a prototype smart device that contributes to efficient use of energy for lights that are equipped bikes. Enlightenment is based on street traffic on which the bicycle circulates. Since the device determines in real time the degree of agglomeration in the streets, such data may also be sent to the cloud for further analysis. This helps analyze traffic on public streets.
