Finite element simulation analysis of explosion of a cloud explosive bomb combustor based on ABAQUS

2021
Aiming at the problem of the combustor explosion of a private cloud explosive projectile, the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element model, and a slot with a size of $30\text{mm}\times 1\text{mm}\times \mathrm{3.8}\text{mm}$ (length × width × depth) was preset at four positions on the inner wall of the combustion chamber. The finite element simulation calculation results show that under normal conditions, the plug piece first breaks at the preset groove, and the he failure pressure needs to be greater than 7.52mpa. The combustion chamber first breaks at the small end and cylindrical part, and the fracture pressure needs to be greater than 91mpa; compared with the failure state, the explosion of combustion chamber should be the result of low failure pressure under the condition of defect.
