The health and social emergency triggered by COVID-19 has forced the ItalianEducation System to transform itself into a formative offer entirely deliveredin online mode through digital media. This paper, with a specific focuson the university system, through a case study aims to investigate whetherthis forced teaching experimentation has turned into an opportunity for didacticsinnovation. The survey focuses on students and professors perspectivesand is proposed as an element of reflection for the didactic andpedagogical dimension in the context of new forms of transmission ofknowledge in formal formative contexts.
