Lion’s Bridge

The Spring Introduction Programme 2016 welcomes about 300 international students. Throughout a week of project work students design an iconic building and an academic poster, get familiarized with the Delft study method, and working in multicultural groups. In our project team, we designed a single-leaf bascule bridge, Leewarden, Netherlands. Innovative design, creative architecture and amazing prospects (including sustainability and versatility) make this bridge unique in itself. From this project we learnt working in a multicultural group and doing great work in less time, this will definitely help us in our further studies at TU Delft.
