The present invention discloses a conductive porous lightweight aggregate and preparation method and application, preparation of a modified agar gel load comprises the steps of: (1) Preparation of modified aqueous agar solution: water was added to the agar, the agar is heated until it completely after dissolution, adding an inorganic salt based electrolyte solution was continuously stirred and maintained at a temperature above 90 ℃ 30s or more, to obtain a modified aqueous agar solution; (2) the modified porous ceramic is immersed in an aqueous solution of agar, continuous mixing than at 90 ℃ 5mins above; remove ceramic by the above-described immersion treatment, is quickly cooled to be solidified agar gel, agarose gel release excess surface thereof, i.e., to obtain a conductive porous lightweight aggregate load modified agar. The porous conductive ceramic composite modified agar lightweight aggregate of the present invention is used in which a conductive concrete, the concrete at the same time significantly lower resistivity, can reduce the bulk density of mortar / concrete.
