К вопросу об энергоэффективности электроприводных лопастных насосов

2019
The article focused on solutions of the problem of the energy efficiency enhancing of the equipment, that is applied while oil is extracted by vane pump units with electric drive. As a rule, during the equipment procurement, the oil companies consider the class of the energy efficiency as well as the level of the price that is suggested during the tender. Herein, the customer meets challenge. On the one side the prices for the new types of the vane pump packages with the electric drive are level higher. These prices can be explained by the producer’s expenses for the item designing, research and manufacturing. On the other side, the authors of the article assign, that the enhanced prices of the new-type equipment can be justified not in every instance due to the reduced energy consumption during the period of the pump unit operation for a small depreciation period that does not usually exceed 3–4 years. At the same time, the analysis of a number of wells from the oil companies from the Russian Federation that are equipped with the electric-driven vane pump units, showed that only about 17 % of the units operate in the mode that differ from the optimal mode by 10 %. About 40 % of the units work in the operating performance of pump and the rest operate with the pump rate that go beyond the limits of the operating range. The authors of the article emphasize, that approximately 80 % of the high-performance pump units do not have any advantages in comparison with the low efficiency units in this situation. An additional point is the question of the opportunity to adjust the pump characteristics with the well characteristics by providing the pump unit operation in the optimal mode due to the rate of rotation change. On the authors opinion, this point must be confirmed by calculations. Meanwhile the operation experience shows, that to provide the high efficiency mode of the operation of the unit can’t be proceeded by only changing the rotation rate. In general, the authors conclude that the increase of the efficiency coefficient of the vane pump units with the electric drive shall not be followed by the reduction of the pressure head stage; the energy characteristics of the stage and the pump itself shall have the wide range of the efficiency coefficients on a higher part of the supply operating regime; the efficiency of the pump shall be defined not just in the optimal mode, but also in modes corresponding to the limits of the pump operating performance; corrections and adjustments that lowers the class of the energy performance of the units shall be done in some cases during competitive tenders; the requirements for the selection of the pump units should be strengthened to provide the 100 % equipment match with the help of the modern software.
