Extradural metastasis in medulloblastoma 10 years after treatment. Report of a case.

A 14 year history of medulloblastoma, which began in this patient at 15 years of age, is presented. The remarkable features are the 10 year interval without evidence of disease after the initial radiation therapy before the manifestation of an extradural metastasis, and the purely blastic nature of the subsequent bone metastases.
