Experiencia del balance de competencias con “Parad@s en Movimiento”
2018
The experience of the BdC with students and graduates of the University of Valladolid arises as a need to improve services at this university, offering a more individualized service and providing information according to the needs of each beneficiary. The BdC was implemented as a pilot experience framed within one of the strategic lines of employability of the Vice-rectorate of Students of the University of Valladolid. The service was adapted to the characteristics of the new target group, following the model of the University of Foggia (Italy), but aligned with the European Quality Charter. The service was offered to a group of final-year undergraduates and graduates, from all the Faculties of the Valladolid Campus. This fact meant the change in the methodological process, which on this occasion was characterized by combining individual interviews and training workshops on employability. In the individual interviews between consultant and beneficiary, they are directed to the exploration of the personal, formative and professional competences acquired throughout the life of the person. During this pilot experience, 42 cases were developed for students of the University of Valladolid, 21 cases for graduates of the University of Valladolid.
