Novel anti-oxidation liquid for copper foil of lithium ion battery

The invention relates to a novel anti-oxidation liquid for a copper foil of a lithium ion battery. The anti-oxidation liquid comprises 100-200 g/m of benzotriazole, 0-1.0 g/L of chromic anhydride, 0.1-2 g/m of rare-earth metal salt of phosphoric acid, 0.1-2 g/m of organosilane coupling agent (or alkoxy silane), 10-30 L/m of alcohol and the balance of water (preferably deionized water), alkali such as sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide is adopted to adjust a pH value to be 5.5-8.5, preferably the pH value is 5.5-7.0, and the temperature of the anti-oxidation liquid is preferably 20-60 DEG C, preferably 25-40 DEG C. No environmental pollution is generated during the application process of the anti-oxidation liquid, the prepared copper foil product is endowed with a uniform oxide film with moderate thickness, the anti-oxidation liquid is high in conductivity and has high wettability, and performances such as capacitance, charging/discharging frequencies, service life and the like of the lithium ion battery can be effectively improved.
