The blood serum is the monitor of the body content, so determining calcium and phosphate level in the blood serum is so important to work as a biomarker for detecting some diseases and foremost cancers. The breast cancer is one of the most life threatening disease for women around the world and if is followed by bone metastasis, so the survivability is so limited. Rapid detection and determination of calcium and phosphate disorder has been occurred in the patients could lead to rescue many of them, so using LIBS in this process can achieve it in the proper way in terms of time saving and low cost.
