Constant temperature and humidity unit with two condensers

2009
The utility model relates to a constant temperature and humidity unit with two condensers, wherein, by being regulated by an electric three-way valve and an electronic expansion valve, high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant at the outlet of a compressor allows a proper proportion of refrigerant overheat gas to flow into an auxiliary condenser to reheat low-temperature treated air from an evaporator during releasing heat and condensing, by controlling the pressure balance in a main refrigerant pipeline and an auxiliary refrigerant pipeline with a condensation pressure regulating valve, the pressure in a liquid storage device remains still within a certain value, and a temperature sensitive device at the outlet of the auxiliary condenser feeds temperature back to the controller to regulate to what extent can the electric three-way valve and the electronic expansion valve be opened, thereby controlling the rate of refrigerant flowing through the auxiliary condenser, that is controlling the reheat quantity. The scheme has the advantages of reducing the condensing temperature in the unit, improving the efficiency of the unit, reducing the heat pollution to environment through utilizing the heat of condensation to reheat air, obviating the use of an electrical heating system, reducing the electrical power consumption of the unit, and saving energy.
