The invention provides a three-phase fee-control intelligent ammeter based on a data longitudinal and transverse storage and verification processing method, and relates to the technical field of electric appliance instruments. The method includes the steps of dividing data to be stored into at least one data block, dividing the data blocks into m transverse rows and n longitudinal lines according to bytes, establishing a transverse verification array used for storing the transverse verification data for each data block, establishing a longitudinal verification array used for storing longitudinal verification data for each data block, conducting accumulation operation on n byte data of each row of each data block, then conducting modular operation, storing the result in the corresponding transverse verification array, conducting exclusive-or operation on m byte data of each line of each data block, then conducting complementary operation, storing the result in the corresponding longitudinal verification array, conducting exclusive-or operation on m byte data in each transverse verification array, then conducting complementary operation, storing the result in the corresponding longitudinal verification array, and writing the data blocks, the transverse verification arrays and the longitudinal arrays in a memorizer.
