Influencing factors and preventing measures of adverse reactions of medical ozone major autohemotherapy

Objective To investigate the application safety of medical ozone major autohemotherapy (MAH).Methods 714 cases of tumor patients treated by MAH from September 2008 to March 2009 were enrolled as controls in the study.The influencing factors of 11 cases that had adverse reaction were analyzed and summarized.Nursing measurres were improved accordingly.3816 cases were enrolled in the observation group from April 2009 March 2011 The adverse reactions after improving nursing measures were observed.Results 2 cases of the observation group and 11 cases of the control group occurred adverse reactions,with a statistical difference(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusiors Enhancing and improving nursing measures in accordance with the influence factors of the adverse reaction of MAH can make sure that MAH is safely applied.
