Pharmacodynamic Study of Mailuoling Tablet on Animals

Objective To study the effects of Mailuoling Tablet on antithrombosis,anti-platelet aggregation,the brain capillary permeability and hemorheology.MethodsThrombosis in vivo was established by using electrical damaged carotid artery,platelet aggregation was induced by ADP,and Evans blue was extravasated.The Pharmacodynamic of Mailuoling Tablet was observed.ResultsMailuoling Tablet has markedly functions of antithrombosis in vivo,and significantly inhibits ADPinduced platelet aggregation,and decreases the higher permeability of brain capillary-induced cerebral ischemia and blood viscosity.Conclusion Mailuoling Tablet could significantly improve cerebral vascular disease.
