The invention provides a portable real-time imaging endoscope which comprises a connecting sleeve. A transition mirror fixing sleeve coaxially connected with the connecting sleeve, a clamping jaw seat, a holder, a seal cover and an endoscope body are further included, and a plurality of clamping jaws and a plurality of locking springs are further included. Connecting sleeve threads are arranged at the tail end of the connecting sleeve. An inner cavity of the clamping jaw seat is in threaded connection with an endoscope bracket fixing ring, the connecting sleeve, the transition mirror fixing sleeve and an inner cavity of the endoscope bracket fixing ring are provided with lenses respectively, the endoscope body comprises a connector with an observation hole in the center, an endoscope head connected with the connector and an endoscope probe are further included, a light source is connected to the endoscope body, and the connector is clamped in an inner cavity of the seal cover through the clamping jaws. The portable real-time imaging endoscope is easy and convenient to operate and low in cost, has the real-time imaging function and does not rely on an external power source when working.
