The Interaction Between Doctors and Nurses Toward the Realization of Medical Record, A Study of Therapeutic Communication Approach and Work Motivation in the Hospital, South Sulawesi Province

This study aims at describing the interaction between doctors and nurses by using therapeutic communication referring to the medical record before performing actions on stroke patients. Results achieved concerning the interaction between doctors and nurses in dealing with patients in the stroke center based on medical record before performing actions on the patient. The act committed is doing well because it supported by therapeutic communication. In proved in reality that honest communications performed by doctors and nurses during interactions with patients and their work motivations that are always embedded in themselves as medical personnel get a positive response towards the service provided on the patient or patient's family.
