The present invention discloses a high magnesium salt wastewater treatment resources processes, including: (1) the high magnesium ion salt dye liquor production process wastewater generated by collection, filtration, recycling or dye intermediates dye products; (2) was adjusted to a pH of 3.0 to 6.0 by adding powdered activated carbon, filtration; (3) sodium hydroxide was added, and the high salt wastewater pH value of 10.0 to 11.0, adding flocculant, flocculation and settling, centrifugation; (4) industrial microwave oven for the complete conversion of light magnesia magnesium hydroxide, after crushing, grinding light magnesium oxide powder was obtained under conditions of controlled temperature program; (5) in step (3) to give the supernatant obtained using nanofiltration membrane treatment back to the salt solution for the production process. The present invention disperse dyes intermediates production process of high-salt-depleted mother liquor wastewater COD, bleaching, a microwave, a series of membrane treatment process for waste resource utilization, achieve zero discharge of wastewater.
