Incentivando la Elaboración de Artículos Científicos en el Desarrollo Turístico y Gastronomía

The present document is the result of the work carried out in the AcademicUnit of Tourism of the Autonomous University of Nayarit, as well as of the differentmeetings with the chambers of hotels and motels of the state, as well as of theworking meetings with the Secretary of Tourism of the government of the State, asof meetings of academies and academic bodies, also with the coordinator of theAcademic Tutoring program and the Department of Psych pedagogy. Interviewswill be held with stakeholders of the branch such as the secretary of tourism of thecurrent C.P. Antonio Echeverria Garcia government, as well as with the CivilSociety Organizations of the state, especially of Bahia de Banderas, Compostela.To the students and teachers of the Academic Unit of tourism indicated above. (65students of both the degree in tourism and gastronomy, 15 teachers of the twodegrees). National and international documents were reviewed on the historicalevolution of university radio stations. The results were very favorable, although itwas argued that with ICTs, social networks radio is not necessary, and the resultsmarked the difference. It is easy to access, it is not as dangerous as the othercommunication options, it allows a more collaborative work between students andteachers, allowing to increase the knowledge of all participants at a certainmoment, it is low cost and easy to access even in the Sierra Madre Occidental.
