Motor cooling system

2015
The invention relates to a motor cooling system. A motor stator core outer cooling system consists of a Freon cooling liquid inlet and a motor exterior Freon cooling liquid flowing channel. The Freon cooling liquid inlet is communicated with a stator winding end bearing cooling system through the motor exterior Freon cooling liquid flowing channel, thereby enabling Freon cooling liquid to pass through a motor gap to cool the surface of a rotor, and achieving the complete cooling of a motor stator core, a winding, a winding end and the rotor. The stator winding end bearing cooling system is communicated with a Freon cooling liquid flowing guide and recovering system located at the bottom of a motor case. The system achieves the cooling of the stator core, the stator winding end, the rotor and a bearing of a motor through the Freon cooling liquid in an air conditioner or a water chilling unit system. The system can make the most of superfluous Freon cooling liquid in the system, enables the phase change of the Freon cooling liquid to effectively cool the motor, reduces the size of the motor, and reduces the energy consumption.
