The manipulation of oocytes included in preantral Follicles increasing the reproductive potential of the females from the isolation and culture of preantral follicles was studied. Physiologically various growth factors are involved in the folliculogenesis process, many of which have not been tested in goats so far. This review aims to correlate the involvement of S1P and LIF in the culture of preantral follicle enabling a better understanding of the mechanisms related to folliculogenesis.
