Apparatus and method for constructing on-demand contents deliveriing overlay network

PURPOSE: An on-demand type contents delivering overlay network configuring method and a device thereof are provided to allocate an overlay network to services and contents providers by configuring the overlay network for delivering contents. CONSTITUTION: A request receiving part (110) receives the network providing request of a service provider providing contents and network configuration information needed for a service provided from the service providers. A resource managing part (150) manages resource information including the resource using state information of a network required for the configuration of the network. A controlling part (130) composes the overlay network for composing a contents delivering network based on the resource information and the received network configuration information.
