The Application of Improved Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm in Iron-Steel Enterprise Capacity Optimization

This paper researches the capacity optimization problem of Iron-steel enterprises under the supply chain environment, builds up a mathematical model with a joint objective of maximize the capacity utilization rate of core enterprises, the demand satisfaction degree of downstream enterprises and the profit margin of downstream enterprises based on the minimum planned production amount required for each process constraints and demand expectation range constraints of downstream enterprises and so on. The PSO algorithm is applied and improved by heuristic rules in order to repair the infeasible solutions.
