Three vertical steel plates and flat steel plates are welded and then welded on embedded steel plates; embedded reinforcing steel bars are welded on the embedded steel plates; reinforcing steel meshes and the embedded steel plates are placed in three layers in parallel to form an embedded support; a triangular bracket I-shaped steel horizontal rod, a triangular bracket I-shaped steel diagonal brace, a triangular bracket channel steel vertical brace and a triangular bracket channel steel diagonal brace are welded to form a triangular bracket; a reinforcing steel plate and a reinforcing steel plate I are welded on two sides at contacted parts of the I-shaped steel horizontal rod and the I-shaped steel diagonal brace and the channel steel diagonal brace; PVC pipes are sleeved on finish rolling thread reinforcing steel bars; four finish rolling thread reinforcing steel bars form a group; a steel box is arranged at one end of each finish rolling thread reinforcing steel bar and a reinforcing steel plate II is arranged at the other end of each finish rolling thread reinforcing steel bar; the steel boxes and the reinforcing steel plates II are respectively welded with the I-shaped steel horizontal rod; and the I-shaped steel diagonal brace is welded with the flat steel plate. The utility model has the advantages that the device does not occupy the space under the bridge, uses fewer materials than the steel tube bracket and has simple and convenient structure and easy assembly and disassembly.
