Research on the real-time transmission of high-capacity traffic video information based on mobile internet

In this paper, based on the access of 2G, 3G(GSM, CDMA2000,TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, WIFI, etc.), it proposes a method of real-time transmission of large-capacity video information obtained by the high-definition e-police, which can adjust the video frame rate dynamically according to the stability and width of mobile internet, and finally the video data could be transmitted rapidly which meets the demand for viewing real-time information maximally.
