A method of eliminating a hollowness defect in an atomized alloy powder, in which a ball-milling process is performed on an atomized alloy powder to eliminate a hollowness defect at an interior of a powder particle. The method comprises: controlling a milled ball diameter, a mass ratio and a ball material ratio of milled balls having different diameters, combining the same with a control of a ball milling time to perform a multi-directional 3-dimensional impact on the powder, thus achieving a control over a spherical degree of the powder, achieving solid spherical powder, improving a powder utilization ratio, shortening the ball milling time and simplifying the process.
