乳酸脱氢酶同工酶1(LD1)在诊断儿童心肌细胞损伤中的应用

Objective to investigate the practical value of LD1 in the diagnosis of children's myocardial cell injury. Methods to test myocardial enzyme(CK, CK-MB, LD, LD1, AST, α-HBD) of 594 pediatric outpatients (age:<=14) simultaneously with Hitachi 7180 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer and to compare the diagnostic value of the different test indexes in the diagnosis of myocardial cell injury. Results The results are as follows: the samples with CK increase make up 2.5%; those with CK-MB increase make up 39.9%; those with LD increase constitute 66.2%; those with α-HBD increase constitute 63.0%; those with AST increase account for 9.4% while those with LD1 increase account for 1.0%. Four cases are diagnosed to be myocardial injury, making up 0.6%. Conclusion To include LD1 in myocardial enzyme test can effectively help to eliminate the nonspecific increase of the test indexes in the traditional myocardial enzyme test, which is caused by non myocardial cell injury; therefore, it has a good practical value in the screening of myocardial cell injury.
