Multislice CT detector with tiled aufbaubarer packing structure

It is presented a CT system (10), the detector modules (20) are arranged on a rotatable gantry (12) and configured to receive X-rays that have been attenuated by an object. Each detector module (20) includes a module frame (52), a plurality of on the module frame (52) arranged tileable submodules (56), which are aligned along the Z-axis in order to receive the attenuated by the object X-rays and the X-rays in convert digital signals, and an electronic board (32) which is connected to the plurality of submodules (56) to receive the digital signals. Each submodule (56) further comprises an array of detector elements (60) for receiving the attenuated by the object X-rays and for converting the X-rays into analog electrical signals, an ASIC electronic unit (68) coupled to the array of detector elements (60) is to receive the analog electrical signals and convert the analog electrical signals into digital signals, and a flexible circuit (76) which is connected to the ASIC electronics unit (68) to receive the digital signals and the digital signals to to transmit the electronic board (32).
