锅炉运行中参数变化对炉内燃烧影响的分析 Analysis of the Influence of Parameter Variation on the Combustion in the Furnace

目前我国电网峰谷差日益加大,调峰能力不足使得锅炉机组要在较低负荷下运行从而导致锅炉不能安全运行,稳定燃烧等问题。针对这一问题,基于煤粉稳定燃烧理论以及电站锅炉运行优化相关理论,分析了煤质变动,负荷变化,配风方式,过量空气系数,燃尽风风率等运行参数变化对过稳定燃烧的影响,通过对600 MW机组锅炉在不同工况下炉内燃烧的分析,得出了最优的运行参数,使得锅炉能够稳定燃烧,提高锅炉效率。 At present, the difference between peak and valley of China’s power grid is increasing day by day, Lack of peaking capacity of the boiler unit to which lead to safe operation of boiler cannot run in low load stable combustion, etc. Aiming at this problem, based on the theory of stable combustion of pulverized coal and the relevant theory of operation optimization of power station boiler, the influence of coal quality variation, load change, air distribution mode and excess air coefficient on the combustion in the furnace is analyzed. In the case of 600 MW unit boiler combustion in different conditions, the optimum operating parameters are obtained, which can make the boiler burn steadily and improve the efficiency of the boiler.
