The Father of Nuclear Energy in China - Hoff Lu

Hoff Lu was a famous Chinese physicist, educator and internationally renowned scholar. In this paper, Hoff Lu's life course was recalled, his achievements in lithium ion physics and nuclear energy were studied, the famous "Hoff Lu irreversible equation" was introduced, and Hoff Lu's thoughts on scientific research and education were briefly explained.
