Физическое и половое развитие девочек, проживающих в различных экологических зонах Приамурья и Якутии

2004
We studied different indices suggesting physical and sexual development rate in young female in the age brackets 7-17 among aborigens (nanai and yakut) and among newcomers. Climatic, geographical, social and economic factors are shown to have a great effect on health, physical and sexual development rate in native as well as in newcomer group. Most of the children have normal physical development. However half of them had the height, which didn't correspond with their weight and chest circumference. The rate of this parameter is different in different age groups. The average index of body weight in aborigens at the outset of menses is significantly lower than in girls in newcomer group. We established that the first menses appear before the secondary sexual signs development in most of the young females from aborigen group.
