Cation electrodeposition coating material composition

PURPOSE: To obtain a composition which consists of a cation electrode-position resin, a specific alkylation polyether, and resin layers dispersing in aqueous medium, and provides coating which is thick, can performs electrode-position, and is smoothing. CONSTITUTION: This cation electrode-position coating material composition contains (A) cation electrode-position resin, (B) alkylation polyether (this alkyl group has at least 2 carbon atoms, and the polyether has solubility of 0.01-50 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of 25°C water and has boiling point higher than 250°C) which has 1-4 saturated hydrocarbon groups between the ether oxygen atoms, but has no hydroxyl group, and resin layers dispersing in aqueous medium.
