1977
A 20-months-old infant who suffered from the Pierre Robin Syndrome and subsequently of right heart failure is presented. The baby was operated on successfully, fixing the base of the tongue to the mandible by means of a de-epithelized tongue muscle flap, simulating the course of the genioglossus muscle.
