An outdoor fresh air handling heat exchanger is arranged in the fresh air heat-exchange cavity, and an indoor air exhaust handling heat exchanger is arranged in the air exhaust heat-exchange cavity; the outdoor fresh air handling heat exchanger and the indoor air exhaust handling heat exchanger are connected with a gas-liquid separator, acompressor and an expansion valve to form a closed circulating system by a four-way selector valve; a heat pipe heat exchanger is arranged between the outdoor fresh air handling heat exchanger and theindoor air exhaust handling heat exchanger, the heat pipe heat exchanger penetrates through a sealing clapboard and is arranged in the shell vertically or with a 30-degree acute angle with the plane.
