Coupling of two-quasi-particle 2+ states to the T = 0 giant quadrupole resonance in the even Pb-isotopes

Abstract The effect of the coupling between two-quasi-particle states and a giant resonance is investigated in the case of the 2 + levels. A typical example is given for the semi-closed-shell, even- A Pb-isotopes.
