High functional composite nano particles and manufacturing method of the same

The present invention relates to high functional composite nanoparticles characterized by comprising a supporter consisting of nanoparticles, and first phase nanoparticles which are condensed on the surface of the supporter after gasification through a physical vapor deposition process; and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, environment-friendly composite nanoparticles, which do not cause emission of hazardous chemicals while the economic feasibility and the process reproducibility are enhanced, are able to be manufactured by the physical vapor deposition process instead of a wet process.
