Effect of Different Fertilization Triatments of the Quality of Winter Bamoo and Phyllostacys pubesense Shoot

The study result showed that the average level of protein decrease by 0.2～0.35,the average level of reducing sugar decrease by 0.05～0.12,and the average level of fattiness decrease by 0.1%.Soluble solids content was 7.5%;the average level of crude fibre increase by 0.07～0.1;As content reach the control standard of 12%～20%,and Pb content reach the control standard of 51%～97%,Cd content reach the control standard of 58%～74%.
