Involving Stakeholders in Sharing Personal Health Record Data Elements in Protective Custody

Purpose There are 427,000 children in protective custody (i.e., foster care) in the United States. Adolescents experience an average of seven placement changes during their time in care, disrupting their relationships to the adults who can provide health information to them.
