A quem se dirigem os oradores no discurso jurídico? O auditório na construção de argumentos de defesa e acusação sobre o assassinato de uma adolescente

This article aims to analyze the notion of auditing and its application in legal discourses, based on the theoretical perspectives of the New Rhetoric (PERELMAN AND OLBRECHTS-TYTECA, 2014) and the dialogical approach of language (BAKHTIN/VOLOCHINOV, 2012). The corpus consists of speeches of the prosecution and the defense, which are parts of a criminal case on the murder of the adolescent Francisca do Socorro, in 1943, in the city of Milagres/CE. In the speeches, we observe that the dialogues become more directed to the social/private audience (BAKHTIN/PERELMAN), since each speaker presents a thesis, sometimes opposing ones, directed to those involved in the judgment.
