The invention provides a wiper for a motor vehicle, of the type wherein the wiper (10) comprises a wiper blade (14) rotatably mounted on a wiper arm ( 20) via a connector (16) of the type wherein the connector (16) which is rotatably mounted on the arm (20) and fixed on the blade (14) has a cross sectional shape of an inverted U and is designed to overlap the central portion of a main yoke (28) of the brush (14), characterized in that the connector (16) carries a cover cap (12) covering the wiper blade screen wiper (14).
