Perlcellulose mit einpolymerisiertem Polyethylenmethacrylattoluensulfonat – Ein neues reaktives Trägermaterial

Die Herstellung eines neuartigen reaktiven polymeren Tragermaterials durch Polymerisation von Ethylenmethacrylattoluensulfonat unter Zusatz von Ethylendimethacrylat als Vernetzungsmittel in dem Porengefuge von makroporosen Celluloseperlen wird beschrieben. Es wird gezeigt, wie sich durch Veranderung der Arbeitstechnik und der Herstellungsbedingungen sowohl Anteil und Morphologie des eingelagerten synthetischen Polymers als auch die Porositat des erhaltenen Komposits variieren lassen. The preparation of a new reactive polymeric carrier by polymerization of ethylene methacrylate toluene sulphonate in presence of small amounts of ethylene-dimethacrylate as crosslinking agent within the pores of macroporous cellulose beads is reported. It is shown how the amount and the morphology of the synthetic polymer formed as well as the porosity of the composite obtained can be varied by means of the preparation technique and the reaction conditions.
